The Yorkshire Philharmonic Choir was founded in 1953 and is now established as one of the premier choirs in the North of England. Based centrally in Wakefield, the choir currently has around 100 members from all parts of Yorkshire.

This 70th anniversary season also marks the retirement of Dr Andrew Padmore as the choir’s Musical and Artistic Director after 34 years. Join us for a season of glorious choral music.
