Co-production good practice with SYHA

This seven part webinar series led by South Yorkshire Housing Association is part of our National Lottery Community funded Good Practice Mentor project, highlighting our collective co-production experience and strengths based ways of working.

Co-create have been working with primary care services since 2019, developing ways for busy staff and clinicians to start involving local people and communities in what they do. In this session they’ll share some of their learning from the past 3 years and some practical tips for you to use in your work.We are Co-create and we help you get more people, more involved in what you’re doing. Our practical support and guidance help you create the right conditions to apply people-centred methods like co-production in your work, leading to holistic and meaningful change. https://www.wearecocreate.com/This 1 hour session is part of a seven part webinar series led by South Yorkshire Housing Association (or SYHA for short) as part of our current Good Practice Mentor project. We have partnered with SYHA&#x27;s Growing Communities team who specialise in supporting community development and people led initiatives in our local region as well as further afield; and also Co-create, our affiliated team of co-production training and facilitation experts.Ageing Better was a seven year programme funded by The National Lottery Community Fund ending in March 2022. The bedrock of this programme was a co-production, citizen led, and test and learn approach.
