The SIAMS Journey ‘Bundle’
This ‘bundle’ of training will take you through the whole SIAMS journey from start to finish; you can take part in the full programme or attend aspects relevant to the context of your school.
•	Session 1: Vision and Strategic Leadership
•	Session 2: An overview of the evaluation Schedule (Vision into Action) 
•	Session 3: Self-evaluation: Evidence Gathering and How to present evidence (Telling the story of our vision)
•	Session 4: The Inspection day
All sessions in this bundle are held online via Zoom.
Dates
•	Session 1: Wednesday 28th September 2022, 9.30-11.30am
•	Session 2: Tuesday 1st November 2022, 1.30-3.30pm
•	Session 3: Monday 5th December 2022, 1.30-3.30pm
•	Session 4: Tuesday 17th January 2023, 9.30-11.30am 
Cost•	£100 per person for the whole training ‘bundle’•	PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS BOOKING PAGE IS TO MAKE A BOOKING FOR THE WHOLE BUNDLE OF 4 SESSIONS [it doesn&#x27;t necessarily need to be the same person that attends each time, if it works for your particular school context, but you will need to let us know the name of the person attending each session if it is not to be the person that is on the original booking. Also, the Zoom joining details for all sessions will be on the confirmation email].
