Best suited to children aged 6 to 11 who enjoy a little quiet and peace.WHAT TO EXPECTUpon arrival, I’ll put out some art ideas, colouring, books etc so everyone can ease in. Once we’ve settled and I’ve tuned into the kids I’ll gather us all for some movement with mindfulness and also play a couple of fun games and share a story. They’ll be a little circle time too with a relaxation at the end. It’ll be largely going with the flow, I don’t work to a particular agenda as such, I’m guided by the kids. If they want to bring anything to share or show that’s fine too. The floor is comfortable enough to not need mats, there are some there to use if we like. You may like to bring a blanket for the end relaxation. Plus a bottle of water. There’s a toilet we can use in the house, if needed, best to encourage everyone to go before! The session ends at 6:30pm. Each week, the children will take away something they can enjoy between each session. There is also an optional free 1 x 15 minute follow up call at the end of the 4 weeks to check in with each family to reflect and review.
