Manika specialises in authentic made from scratch Indian cuisine. </h3><p>Enjoy a delicious artisan Indian supper of potato, pea &amp; onion samosa, chicken curry, paneer makhani and aromatic rice. </p><p>Learn the secrets of making mouthwatering chicken curry as Manika demonstrates one of her family’s authentic recipes on an open fire. Chill out as you hear Kate sharing a gentle, contemplative reminder about the benefits of connecting to the natural environment.
