Well-Being Group sessions &amp; Meditations brought to you by Yvie Sanchez Therapy in collaboration with @mercatometropolitano at Mercato Mayfair Basement - Community space! ✨Wednesdays from 7pm-9pm Mind-Body practices that support positive mental health and well-being- Come and learn how to bring balance into your life- Learn about self-regulation- What is Mental Health, and what does it look like?- Learn every day tools and practical strategies and exercises to manage stress and its effects- Guided MeditationsDo you struggle to take time to meditate or start a meditation practice and be consistent at it?Are you stressed and want to reduce your stress levels?If any of the above resonate, then join me every Wednesday at 7pm, to learn more about what may be holding you back from starting your meditation practice, how stress affects your body and is connected with many physical and emotional symptoms you are experiencing. Learn about the Mind/Body connection and how to self-regulate so you can start living intentionally.Duration is around 90mins- 2 hours. It includes an introduction to the mind/body connection, followed by a guided meditation.Limited spaces!! Free entry for a limited time only! Donations welcome on the day.
