A free series of six, online webinars for men, where we will cover different topics related to mental health and wellbeing

We are offering two time slots one in the afternoon (1-2pm) and one in the evening (6-7pm), this page is for the evening workshops. Here is the link for the afternoon workshops: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/411156669667If you want to sign up for all the workshops just sign up for one as the link will work for each week!Within this webinar series we will:<ul><li>Explore topics which have been shown to positively impact mental health and wellbeing </li><li>Delve deeper into understanding depression, anxiety and emotions </li><li>Practice healthy coping strategies and skills which we can use within our lives </li><li>Complete reflective tasks to develop a deeper understanding of ourselves</li><li>Look at how we can use and apply what we learn into our lives to improve our outlook </li></ul>We have experience of delivering online workshops and have already worked with over 250 members of the community. So far 97% of over 250 people who have attended our workshops have stated it helped to improve their wellbeing and 100% have stated that want to attend more workshops.In person support: For our afternoon webinars, if you are based in Plymouth and would like support with accessing the webinars Colebrook SW are providing a dedicated room within William Sutton Hub, this is only available for the afternoon webinars. As well as this Arts Craft and Giggles will be delivering 6 weeks of mens creative workshops from William Sutton Hub, every Friday from the 4th November between 10am-12pm. Please email: debbie@artcraftandgiggles.co.uk to book!Ticket Information: There are also two types of tickets, free and donation, any donations received will be used to fund more online workshops series. We are a registered community interest company and our aim is to equip the community with the skills and knowledge to be able to manage and maintain their own wellbeing. Please note: there will be women leading the delivery of the workshops and we will also have a mixture of male and female guests within our workshops. Anyone who identifies as male is welcome to join the workshops. For anyone not male who would like to attend workshops please take a look at our other events or follow us on Facebook as we have a mixture of different workshops available.
