The Stronger and Safer Communities team works across Wandsworth borough.  Through proactive partnerships and targeted engagement with the community and voluntary sector, we work alongside residents and those who study or are employed in the borough, other Council services and partner organisations, to ensure the delivery of local priorities. These include promoting safer communities and supporting a thriving voluntary and community sector through the Wandsworth Grant Fund and Wandsworth Local Fund.

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Wandsworth Grant Fund.The <a href="https://wandsworth.gov.uk/wgf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Wandsworth Grant Fund</a> (WGF) is a practical grants fund for new ‘not-for-profit’ projects and activities benefitting residents and communities of the Wandsworth Borough, London. Projects can be for up to 12 months long.The Council recognises the profound impact of Covid-19 on people’s lives and the role of community and voluntary organisations can have in supporting our communities. The WGF is therefore also seeking applications through 2022/23 from organisations that will directly help to support our communities through their journey to recovery.Join the Grant Officers to learn about what the fund is for and how to make an application. With the application deadline at midnight of 7th November 2022, this will give you advice on making that application.
