Young People and CP - Virtual Ticket

The Bobath Centre

This group is for young people aged 16 – 25 with CP to support them through the transition process.

This is a 2 day event, 10:30am until 12:30 and you would ideally attend both days. It&#x27;s an in person event that you will be attending virtually.This group is for young people aged 16 – 25 with cerebral palsy. Facilitated by Bobath trained therapists, the group aims to support young people through the transition process by having honest and open conversations covering topics such: 

•	What is CP and how this might change as we age? 

•	How mindfulness can help manage emotional health. 

•	How to be your own advocate. 



Other topics might also include, sleep, diet, assertiveness, mobility and staying healthy. The group will involve conversation and interaction between the participants and be facilitated by both trained therapists.
