Where does the walk start?

Please meet at St Pancras Station by ‘The Meeting Place’ – the statue on the Grand Terrace at the southern end of the station.  There is a Carluccio’s Cafe right next door if you would like a drink before the start of the walk.

Where does the walk end?

We finish at Farringdon Station, the first underground railway terminus, now a major hub for the Elizabeth Line and situated at the entrance to the fascination of the City of London.

How long does the tour last?

The tour lasts approximately 2½ hours in total.

Arrival time

We recommend that you arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the walk. This ensures you have time to locate your guide and everyone is ready so we can start the walk promptly at the scheduled time.

What happens if I am late?

Accepted Answer

Please try and call your guide ahead of time to inform them that you are running late. Where possible we can try and accommodate you. Depending on how late you are and the other guests on the tour, our guide will usually give you a location for meeting us along the walk.

What is the nearest underground tube station?

The nearest underground station for this walk is Farringdon on the Elizabeth/Circle/Hammersmith & City/ Metropolitan & Piccadilly lines. The station is also on the Thameslink mainline.

Are refreshments included?

Accepted Answer

No refreshments are provided at this event but you are welcome to bring along your own and there will be opportunities for coffee and a loo stop on our walk.
