Designed by industry experts WorldSkills UK, competitions help young people to develop their technical skills and boost their confidence. We are delighted to host these prestigious competitions in college and offer your students the chance to see and be inspired by live competition.

Join us on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th November from 10am - 2.30pm, when we are hosting 11 finals in the following subjects:

Laboratory Technician
Electronic Security Systems
Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Industry 4.0
Automation
Mechatronics
Floristry
Accountancy Technician

Running alongside these competitions is a bespoke programme of inspirational careers advisory events. Curated in partnership with WorldSkills UK this programme highlights the breadth of apprenticeships, T-levels and technical education on offer in the UK.

Designed to fit around the school day and to support 13–15-year-olds decide on their subjects and career paths, the programme will include ‘have a go’ taster sessions, and practical workshops, combined with the opportunity to talk directly to employers and industry experts.
