The experience of birth is life changing. We often want to share our experiences, but struggle to find a safe space to share what happened and how we feel about it.Come along to the Birth Story afternoon to meet other new parents and share and hear birth stories. The session will be 3 hours long, and you will be supported by Amanda, the Your Bold Birth Doula to help you effectively share, and listen. Babes in arms welcome, however older children may not give you the space you need to share and listen. Any questions, please email amanda@yourboldbirth.co.uk
