Date: Monday 24th October, 9.30-11.30am and 1-3pmAge range: Parent/carer and child morning for ages 18m to 8 years. Parents and siblings aged under 18 months attend for free.The fun to be had....?What&#x27;s been cooking? Pumpkin soup, the best you&#x27;ve ever tasted! Join us for a fun packed session based around the book Pumpkin Soup by Helen Cooper .Here&#x27;s what we will be doing:<ul><li>A bagpiping cat, a squirrel with a banjo and a singing duck! Lets make our own musical instruments too.. what will yours sound like?</li><li>Get creative and make a no-carve pumpkin to take home.</li><li>Peel and chop some vegetable to make our own vegetable soup to cook over our campfire..yum!</li><li>Meet and greet the different animals that live on our farm.</li><li>Make an animal character mask to wear.</li><li>Toast a marshmallow and enjoy a hot chocolate around the fire circle.</li></ul>We will also.... Spend some time exploring and playing, bug hunting, relaxing in the hammock or have a go on the nest swing and make a mud pie or two in the mud kitchen.Then... Relax around the fire circle and try some of our delicious home made pumpkin soup. There will also be complimentary tea or coffee for the adults.Finally... Storytime listening to the Pumpkin story book, before it&#x27;s time to go home all worn out!Price: Child tickets 18m upwards £16.00 includes all craft items to take home, a no carve pumpkin, all activities and refreshments, pumpkin soup and marshmallows.Children under 18 months attend for free when accompanied by a full paying child. Parents, carers free (no need to book adult/under 18m-sibling tickets).FAQ&#x27;sWhat to bring along and wear:<ul><li>A cup for yourself and your child as we will be offering a free self service hot drinks station for adults and hot chocolate or squash for children.</li><li>Any snacks for your child that you would like to bring along.</li><li>Weather appropriate clothes and footwear for farm and outdoor environments.</li></ul>My child has food allergies: There is a section on the order form to complete with any food allergies. If you would like to discuss any food allergies or other requirements further please do get in touch.Cancellation and refund policy: If you are unable to attend due to any reason, including Covid, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund. If in the unfortunate event we are unable to run the session due to any reason we will issue everyone with a full a refund.What happens if the weather is bad? We will continue the session in most weathers and have use of a communal greenhouse to run activities in if needed. If we need to cancel the session due to weather warnings we will offer everyone a refund.Where is Applefield? Applefield is a small private smallholding in Sidlesham, near Chichester.What are the facilities? There is a composting toilet, running water and hand washing facilities. Parking is free and is either in the farmyard or field, dependant on weather.Your information and how we use it: At time of booking we require some information about you and your child, for example allergies, alternative needs or special requirements, first aid, email and emergency contact phone number. This information is only kept for the duration of the course or event and your contact number will only be used by us in the event of an emergency arising with your child or if we need to contact attendees prior to the event to give extra information. If you consent for us to use your email to contact about future events, this will only be used by Woodland Wonders (we do not pass these details onto any other 3rd party) and will be used only to send details of other events run by Woodland Wonders that we think you may be interested in. If you consent for photos to be used, these will only be used for our Facebook page, website and promotional purposes only and are not passed onto anyone else.
