Window on Wellbeing Week 26-30 June 2023

A week-long celebration of wellbeing events with Community and Connection as the theme. We have a variety of activities on offer - whether you want to feel energised, discover a new hobby or find a sense of calm - there’s something for everyone!

Winter Step Challenge supporting events

Responding to feedback we have collated some in-person events and links on our Window on Wellbeing webpages to support and encourage us to get out more during the Step Challenge Week and crucially beyond.

T﻿he walks are relaxed and usually last 30 minutes involving a lap or two of Woodhouse Moor. The meeting point is outside the Refectory Steps at 13:05 where one of the walk leader team will meet and greet you. Please wear shoes that are comfortable to walk in and dress appropriately to the weather conditions. The walks will take place in almost all weathers so having access to a raincoat would be advantageous.
