World Menopause Awareness Day is on 18 October and Sussex University is delighted to be holding its first Menopause Festival. We are committed to ensuring everyone can #ThriveThroughMenopause at Sussex.

We are delighted to welcome, Maggie Winters, an Arts Council England-funded writing facilitator, to host an exciting event on exploring Menopause from a personal and literary perspective. This workshop offers a safe space for you to reflect on your own experience of menopause, either directly or indirectly. You do not need to have any prior experience of writing.
