The NIHR Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre is translating research into breakthrough treatments, new technologies and advanced medicines for common illnesses like asthma and arthritis. Find details of our events here.

Our annual conference returns in 2022 to celebrate our achievements since 2017. We will also be launching our new programme of research up to 2027.Our world-leading researchers will present their latest findings and impacts.<ul><li>you can hear from national and international speakers on what&#x27;s coming next for research in the UK</li><li>we&#x27;ll engage the delegates and social media users in a live Research Lounge debate on the future of translational research</li><li>we&#x27;ll discuss what we have learned from COVID-19 research that could improve all translational research</li><li>we&#x27;ll showcase the work of our research Themes and introduce our new Themes</li></ul>Details of the full programme will be published shortly.In the meantime take a look back at the video highlights from 2019.
