Edinburgh is set to join over 2,000 cities across the globe in celebrating World Car Free Day, a free, community-based event being organised

Leave your car at home for Edinburgh’s World Car Free Day!Come along to Car Free Day this Sunday 2nd October between 11am-4pm in Wester Hailes.We encourage you to leave your car at home and arrive via public transport, walk or cycle! The day will be filled with fun activities which focus on cycle training. We also be offering free bike repairs and a chance to trial E-Bikes and E-Cargo Bikes. Henna, Face Painting and a Clothes Swap Shop will also be available. Bring your own bike or you can borrow one from us!
