A new independent bookshop for Exeter. Expect a range of events including an instagram book group and books and music pairings. Events are currently online only.

Come along to our zine making workshop where we'll learn about Afrofuturism and zine making!

In our next children’s creative workshop we’re going to be talking about Afrofuturism. What is it? Is it cool? Is it fun? Can I tell my friends about it? Can it make me get up and dance? Come to our workshop to find out! When we’re done not only will you know a little about Afrofuturism, you’ll also have made a zine to tell Exeter all about it. See you there!

This event is free. To book a space please email info@bookbag.shop or visit Eventbrite. The workshop is aimed at children aged 8-12 years old, especially those from global majority groups and low socio-economic backgrounds.
