Half term: Adventure Play at St Ann's Community Orchard

St Ann’s Allotments are the oldest and largest area of Victorian detached town gardens in the world, and are Grade 2* Listed by English Heritage. The site covers 75 acres, has 700 gardens, over 30 miles of hedgerow and 2000 fruit trees, many of which are heritage varieties.STAA deliver outreach programmes to allow all members of the community to benefit from the site, including children’s activities on the Community Orchard, and volunteering opportunities on Urban Nature, Nursery, and Heritage Display gardens.

Children's and families activities on the beautiful Community Orchard at St Ann's Allotments, Nottingham. Including monthly open days, toddler sessions, free after school adventure play, and half-term activities.

<p>This is a free kids-only event for them to enjoy the outdoors, play, exploring, bug hunting  and seasonal activities.</p><p>Booking is essential to help us manage numbers.</p><p>See you soon.</p>

<h3>Details</h3><ul><li>For children only, aged 8-12 years old.</li><li>Children can be unaccompanied.</li><li>Please wear suitable clothing for being outdoors.</li><li>Compost toilet available.</li><li>If you have any questions, please text Rachel on 07498 864498.</li><li>If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket so that we can give your space to someone else.</li></ul>

<h3>How to find us</h3><p>St Ann&#x27;s Community Orchard is on St Ann&#x27;s Allotments. The entrance is on Ransom Road, opposite Hillview Community Centre. Look out for the yellow signs!</p><p>Please walk or use public transport where possible.
