10 million people in the UK suffer from back pain. It is estimated that 12.5% of all days lost at work are due to back pain and that 1 in 3 people in the UK will experience back pain at some point in their life. Back pain is a very common problem, so the more knowledge we can arm ourselves with, the better equipped we are to deal with it. This Back pain webinar will look at how the back works and what can cause back pain, the different back pain conditions, and what we can do to treat back pain as well as help prevent it.This webinar will cover:<ul><li>The structure of the back</li><li>Back pain</li><li>Preventing back pain</li><li>Different back pain conditions</li><li>Top causes of back pain</li><li>Desk ergonomics</li><li>Treatment for back pain</li><li>Exercises for back pain</li></ul>At the end of the session you will receive a survey link - Your opinion matters!
