We hold monthly Sound Therapy Gong Baths in Surrey at Hookwood Memorial Hall and Nutfield Village Hall. At some of these we celebrate the wheel of the year and the Lunar cycles, with Cacao ceremony and Breathwork in our sessions.

Everything in the universe vibrates on different frequencies, including your body, allowing the vibrational energy of the gongs and singing bowls to travel through your body, stimulating feelings of peace, connection to self, supports you to relax, to let go of pain energy trapped in the body, helps the nervous system balance itself, helps with sleep, chakra balance and many other self-healing, try this amazing experience as part of your wellness journey.What happens: Come with no expectations and an open mind, you will love it! We welcome you with love, invite you to lay on a yoga mat, get comfortable and we will guide you into a relaxed state then play our beautiful healing gongs and percussion to give you an amazing journey of relaxation. At the end of the gong bath is a period of silence &#x27;shuniya&#x27; meaning the void or emptiness, where we allow the gong vibrations to finish and your body to settle into a feeling of peaceWhat to bring: please leave your personal belongings at home or in your car. Please bring a yoga mat, a pillow and a blanket, additional supports if you need them for laying on the floor e.g., for under your knees, wear comfortable clothes, some water to drink. Some people like to bring their own crystals.
