Join us for a conversation on fertility in the workplace with three special guests.

One in six couples in the UK are affected by infertility – that’s about 3.5 million people, many of whom will be working. Yet too many are struggling in silence.

Those on the fertility journey often experience serious mental health issues, a growing lack of confidence, as well as anxiety and stress if their attempts to start a family falter. Trying to juggle treatment and work brings additional pressure and worries.

While pregnancy and parenthood are celebrated and recognised within the workplace, there is no legal right to take time off for fertility treatment. Something needs to change but what and how?

For this conversation to mark Fertility Awareness Week 2022 we will be joined by a panel of experts to help break the stigma, share knowledge, and offer advice for employers and individuals about the best way to provide support.
