Who can join?

We enrol students from the ages of 7 upwards. We have lots of students of all ages, so whether you're enquiring for a child, teenager or yourself, we have a place for you on our programme.

What do I need to bring with me?

All you need to bring to your first session is comfortable clothing (jogging bottoms and a T-shirt) and a bottle of water. If you would like to enrol after your first session, all you need to bring is your Direct Debit details.

What do classes look like?

Each class will focus on fitness drills, punches, kicks, blocking and movement drills. All this in a high energy, fun environment!
