An International Human Rights Law Perspective on Tackling Hate Crime in Scotland

The aim of this session is to provide attendees with a general understanding of the &#x27;International Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Racial Discrimination&#x27;. How this treaty applies to Scotland and how it could help enhance a hate crime strategy for ScotlandTarget Audience: Rights holders, community organisations, citizens, representatives of duty bearersEngagement recognition: Unemployed, students, those on minimum wages or part time workers will be eligible to receive a £20 voucher payment post session.
