Hello my darling, how are you? Are you looking to make some changes in your life? Searching for reassurance of your worth, deeper connection to your inner-child, a creative outlet... cake and a chat?A﻿s part of our FROM HERE TO HER series, we welcome you into our home for an immersive day retreat which has been designed to help set you on the path to your highest power - your greatest good - your inner goddess! This is your chance to reign over your own life, and shine as brightly as we know you deserve to.The day will begin with a light brekkie of pastries and coffee, as we get to know each other. We will also be taking everyone&#x27;s photos ready for an art therapy exercise which will, believe it or not, result in a grow-at-home pot of flowers! (trust the process...). We will be digging deep, and sitting with our honest selves, meditating, journaling. With the fascinating assistance of an <a href="https://innate-intelligence.co.uk/about-scans" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Asyra Bio Resonance machine</a>, we will be able to offer you a bespoke combination of an affirmation, a series of questions and an essential oil suggestion - which acts as a truly unique set of tools to enhance and support your art therapy experience... it&#x27;s going to be so exciting! After a hearty lunch spread, we will c﻿osy down for a deep relaxing Sound Meditation Stretch session led by the fabulous Rebecca, accompanied by all her beautiful instruments: gong, singing bowls, and other percussion instruments etc. Everything in nature has a vibration/ frequency - sound frequencies from these instruments can help to adjust our vibration, to reset and balance our natural equilibrium. We will make space and time for you to relax, and calm down, to address tensions in the body and allow yourself the chance to reset.T﻿he Me &amp; Frank team for this day will be: Pea (<a href="https://meandfrank.info" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Me &amp; Frank</a>) + Liberty (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/libertyfeist.studio/?hl=en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Liberty Feist Studio</a>) + Em (<a href="https://www.instagram.com/magpie_wild/?hl=en" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Magpie Wild</a>) + Rebecca (<a href="https://innate-intelligence.co.uk/practitioners" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Innate Intelligence</a>). W﻿e&#x27;re all on our own journeys of healing, learning, practising, playing and experimenting. So we&#x27;re here for you, we hear you, we stand with you. D﻿RESS for your inner goddess - however you&#x27;ll feel best, whether that&#x27;s glam or comfy... but you might like to bring a change of comfy/yogi clothes for the stretch session, if you decide your goddess doesn&#x27;t dress for that.
