She is passionate about implementing evidence-informed teaching and learning strategies on both a faculty and whole school level. Gemma believes in the power of supporting teachers to examine current educational research, giving them the tools to consider the relevance for their own setting and encouraging them in their implementation.Gemma has led CPD on retrieval, motivation, and responsive teaching as well as aspects of leadership such as devising and implementing a faculty book club.
