Testosterone is a big deal for males and its effect is not just physical. Testosterone or “T” as it is known in the trade, undulates throughout life, slowly increasing during childhood before accelerating away throughout puberty with all the changes that it brings. Becoming a man, is an interesting concept as this underpinning hormone “T” affects so many things as men age. From the 30s onwards T starts to decrease almost having the opposite effect to changes that occur during puberty, yet at a different age and stage with a whole raft of impacts on health and wellbeing. This workshop invites a participatory approach, sharing of anecdotes, stories and no doubt laughter. Join us as a participant on the 16th November.
Speaker: Prof. Gareth Stratton
