<p>A Renaissance. New discoveries. New directions. New possibilities. What is a Renaissance? Is it a genre of art, a time period, an intellectual movement, or can it also encompass intimate and personal forms of rebirth and change? Across two evenings, final year writing for theatre students will present their original short plays, which span the breadth of time, space and gender to explore what it means to have a renaissance; socially, politically and individually.</p>
