The university of Chester

We are second year Events Management students at the University of Chester, hosting a children's activity day in aid of KidsBank Chester.

Lache Community Centre

This event is in aid of KidsBank - a local charity in Chester City Centre. KidsBank is a Christian charity that distributes various resources to struggling families and parents who are experiencing stress, anxiety and depression and any financial strain. This in turn benefits the children and parents with confidence and a sense of value. Physical donations (such as clothes, blankets, nappies etc.) as well as monetary donations, help to relieve poverty within Chester -whilst promoting sustainability by donating good quality pre-owned and new items. https://kidsbankchester.com/<a href="https://kidsbankchester.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">KidsBank Chester (2022)</a> Some activities running throughout the day will include, arts and crafts, 'pamper parlour' (including the likes of face painting and glitter/temporary tattoos), raffles, games etc. The activity day will be a flexible drop-in/drop-out session between 10am-2pm.Tickets start from £3 with discounts available for families/groups. For example, one child costs £3.00, two children = £5.00 and three children = £7.00. Parents/Guardians will also need to reserve a ticket (just so we know how many parents/guardians are going to attend), free of charge.A small tax fee will be added as an additional cost onto the ticket price.Free parking is provided at the side of the venue, as well as bus (Saltney - number 16) &amp; (Holywell - number 11) from Chester Bus Interchange that is a three-minute walk away. The bus route (picture one &amp; four) and then walking to the venue (via the Saltney bus - 16) (picture two) (picture five) walking route via Holywell bus 11, is provided below, as well as the driving map (picture three).
