We are a group of HR professionals and specialists with a shared passion for employee wellbeing and engagement.  We come together in a two hour forum meeting every other month to talk and learn about topics focused on improving the wellbeing of people in business.

The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis. The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert, personal or business perspective.O﻿ur topic this month is &quot;HR&#x27;s Role In Addressing The Skills &amp; Labour Shortage&quot;.There is now 4 people to every 1 role worldwide - is it any wonder we are struggling to attract good people to our organisations??D﻿uring this session we will explore how HR can help attract and retain great people from &#x27;stay interviews&#x27; to reviewing pay structures and lots more.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our forum welcomes:<ul><li>Senior HR Leaders</li><li>People Leaders</li><li>Engagement &amp; Wellbeing Specialists </li><li>Associated service providers (whose services are primarily specific to HR Leaders).</li></ul>RECRUITMENT COMPANIES - Please note - we have a maximum restriction of no more than 3 recruitment companies in the meeting. If the number booked on is exceeded we will notify you and refund any event fees paid.MLM COMPANIES - Due to the nature of the forum we do not feel that this is the right forum for you to promote your products/services.
