Please come and join me under the New Moon for this relaxing yoga and intention setting workshop. 7.30-9pm.The yoga and meditation will be focused on manifesting our dreams, calling in what we desire from the Universe. Relaxing, nurturing and aligning with our true selves.Herbal teas, sweet treats, candles, crystals, Oracle cards, journaling, energy cleansing, affirmations, mantras and relaxing meditations connecting to the moon.Held in a beautiful space in the Loft at Cornerstone, Hove.
