The first of our self-management themed peer chats for 2023 will address Breathing

There will be a short presentation followed by discussion and the chance to share knowledge and experiences around Breathing. Kate Hathway, our Community Networker for Skye and Lochalsh will be your host for this event which will be held via Microsoft Teams.This event is for LGOWIT members. Anyone living with a long-term condition in Highland or with Long Covid in Highland / Argyll and Bute can join LGOWIT.
