Peer support group for staff within CAVUHB who are suffering with long COVID symptoms run by the Employee Wellbeing Service.

NICE describes Long COVID as a set of persistent physical, cognitive and/or psychological symptoms that are not explained by an alternative diagnosis.Symptoms may include: persistent fatigue, shortness of breath, brain fog (cognitive challenges), insomnia, dizziness, generalized pain, mood changes, anxiety and a range of other symptoms which can be found on the NHS website. If you are experiencing some or all of these symptoms, Cardiff and Vale Health Board are running a long covid peer support group run by the employee wellbeing service. This group will look to support individuals who are suffering with long covid.
