Bydd y CDU yn gweithio yn agos gyda Chydlydynydd Dysgu CULT Cymru i greu cyfleuon dysgu/hyfforddiant o fewn eu maes/sector yn y diwydiannau creadigol. The ULR will work closely with the CULT Cymru Learning Coordinator to create learning/training facilities in their field/sector within the creative indusries. We therefore hope to recruit 12 ULR from across the 4 creative unions (Bectu, Equity, Musicians Union and Writers Guild). There will also be a fee offered for training time, identifying learning needs and organising training. So what exactly is the role of a Learning Union representative? <ul><li>Raise awareness of the value of learning</li><li>Identify the learning needs of a particular group of workers</li><li>Collaborate with unions, employers and other stakeholders</li><li>Help to organise formal and informal learning activities that are relevant, affordable &amp; accessible</li><li>Organise peer -to-peer networks</li><li>Sign-post to other training providers/ support organisations. </li></ul>Interested to hear more about this exciting role?
