I believe that when we take time to slow down and listen to our bodies we can begin to hear what’s truly needed to feel grounded, balanced and whole.  This is why I’ve dedicated the past 20 years to studying and practising Kinesiology, EFT, integrated nutrition and movement, asking the body to guide me and my clients back to wellness.My work is to support women to reconnect to themselves and to feel good, embodiment encourages you to reconnect with your wholeness guiding you to make better decisions about your health and wellbeing.

A small and intimate Fire Ceremony in a safe and lovingly held space.

The Full Moon is a time to release what no longer serves you and move forward and step into the next phase of your journey. This is a safe space where you can let go of all worried, hurt or patterns that no longer align with you.A fire ceremony is a powerful tool where you can release and rebirth.During this time together we will journey into your inner world through movement &amp; breathwork which will shine light on what’s calling to be released. We will drink delicous cacao to open our hearts (optional, I can offer you rose tea) and then journey through a meditation to receive clarity around what we would like to create or call in. Next we will create and journey with fire, where we will release what no longer serves you and call in more of what you love. After to sit with the fire and share if you feel called.&quot;Fire allows for rapid transformation. It provides the avenue to let go of the old story and drama, to transform, to renew and to be reborn. Through fire ceremony, you honour your lessons and old belief structures by placing them in the fire and turning them over to Spirit.
