Post breathwork I will talk you through a step by step process of how to make water kefir and kombucha. There will be the opportunity to taste finished water kefir and kombucha. You will leave the workshop with the knowledge of how to manage the daily stresses of life with your breath and also your very own water kefir and kombucha making set up.
