<h3>Ellie&#x27;s Garden Kitchen presents Indo-Caribbean style cuisine:</h3><h3>Curried chickpeas cooked in coconut milk, served with callaloo and chickpea fritters, and mixed salad</h3>Online via zoom (recorded)Ingredients - 1 carton of chickpeas in water - 1 block of coconut cream - 1 small jar of coconut oil - 1 small bag of chickpea/gram flour - 1 small tin of callaloo - 1 large carrot - 1 large potato - 1 small bunch of coriander- (1 large avocado) - 6 cherry tomatoes - 1/2 a cucumber - 1 bunch of spring onions - 4 cloves of garlic - 1 small fresh ginger- Pink Himalayan salt - Ground Cayenne pepper - Smoked paprika - Turmeric - Cumin seeds - Curry powder - 3 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar <h3>About Ellie Ravindranath</h3>Ellie&#x27;s Garden Kitchen came into being through love of plant based food and nature, teaching vegan food cooking and the importance of sustainability through Permaculture to a diverse range of people. Permaculture is eco-sustainability through growing and living off your own produce. Permaculture teaches how to implement bio-diversity by developing eco systems within a natural environment that can sustain the land. This includes the use of renewable energy, rain water irrigation systems, soil management and maximizing available sun.Ellie assists on a number of allotment spaces, ecology parks and community gardens to gain a wealth of knowledge on this subject. This includes the wonderful <a href="https://coco-collective-community-hub.business.site/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Coco Collective</a> Ital Garden . Over lockdown Ellie managed two food banks - the Brixton Seven day Adventist Church and the Lioness Circle (a women’s support group for survivors of sexual and domestic violence). We all live on this planet and we all need to eat. Together we can make a cleaner greener future.
