In addition to our annual Skills Audit, this year we&#x27;re collaborating to dig into Graduate recruitment specifically.Manchester Digital invites you to our Digital Skills Festival Fringe Event with Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.This event is brought to you in a unique collaboration of six industry bodies; Chartered Institute of Marketing North West, DMA, IAB, Manchester Digital, MPA and pro-manchester , to deep dive into a recent employer survey on Graduate recruitment, by Manchester Metropolitan University Business School.Hiring the right talent is essential for any sector, and in digital and tech, we know this only too well. Graduate recruitment is a well established hiring route for many employers, however are we doing it right? Are universities setting Graduates up to be highly employable as well as have essential technical knowledge and skills? Are employers approaching graduate recruitment in the right way to get the best return on early talent investment? This session will dig into the key emerging themes of Graduate recruitment and successful retention of this talent.
