Hyfforddwyd yn wreiddiol gyda grŵp DETonate Celfyddydau Anabledd Cymru yn 2003 gan Maggie Hampton a Barbara Lisicki, mae hi wedi gwneud hyfforddiant pellach gydag Attitude is Everything, DEE a Scope ac yn fwy diweddar hyfforddi fel Hyfforddwr Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl. Mae hi wedi gweithio ledled Cymru gyda sefydliadau ac unigolion bach yn ogystal â llawer o'r amgueddfeydd Cenedlaethol a sefydliadau mawr eraill. Mae Rachel yn hoffi taflu siocled at bobl ond mae wedi'i chael hi'n anoddach tynnu oddi arno yn Zoom. Mae hi’n hoffi gweld pobl yn newid eu dealltwriaeth o anabledd ac ni fydd yn stopio rhygnu ymlaen nes bod pawb wedi clywed am y Model Cymdeithasol o Anabledd.</p><p><a href="http://disabilityarts.cymru" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://disabilityarts.cymru</a></p><h3></h3><h2>Disability Access and Inclusion Training by Disability Arts Cymru</h2><blockquote>This course is aimed at anyone working in the creative industries who would like to gain more understanding and confidence about disability issues and how we can work together to remove barriers and work inclusively.It will support the individual to know more about how society has created multiple barriers of exclusion towards disabled /Deaf people. This is an interactive course, which by the end of you will be able to :</blockquote><ul><li>Understand the social model of Disability</li><li>Recognise the power of language in disabling people</li><li>Identify barriers to access and how to remove them</li><li>Have a basic familiarity with The Equality Act and the six types of Disability Discrimination</li><li>Action Panning to put your learning into practice</li></ul><h2>Tutor - Rachel Stelmach</h2><blockquote>Rachel is now in her 20th year of delivering Disability Equality Training. Originally trained with Disability Arts Cymru’s DETonate group in 2003 by Maggie Hampton and Barbara Lisicki, she has done further training with Attitude is Everything, DEE and Scope and more recently training as a Mental Health First Aid Trainer. She has worked across Wales with small organisations and individuals as well as many of the National museums  and other large organisations. Rachel likes to throw chocolate at people but has found that harder to pull off in Zoom.  She likes to see people changing their understanding of disability and won’t stop banging on about it until everyone has heard of the Social Model of Disability.</blockquote><blockquote><a href="http://disabilityarts.cymru" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">http://disabilityarts.cymru</a></blockquote><h3></h3><h2>CULT CYMRU </h2><p>Mae gweithdai CULT Cymru yn cael eu darparu mewn amgylchedd cyfeillgar ac anfygythiol ble bydd cyfranogwyr yn cael cyfle i ofyn cwestiynau a chodi materion yn ystod y dydd.</p><p>CULT Cymru workshops are delivered in a friendly and non-threatening environment where participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and raise issues during the day.</p><p><strong>Diogelu Data </strong></p><p>Ariennir Hyfforddiant Sector BECTU yng Nghymru yn rhannol gan Gronfa Ddysgu Undebau Cymru Llywodraeth Cymru trwy brosiect yr undebau creadigol ar y cyd CULT Cymru. Delegates who cancel within the 2 week period will not be eligible for a refund unless we are able to find someone else to take their place.
