Come along for a healing sound bath meditation

Sound vibrations work with your body to rebalance, de-stress and begin to heal any blockages you may feel, or simply as an aid to relaxation. Sound healing is very effective in many areas including stress, anxiety, pain and sleep. It can assist on all levels of mind, body, spirit and emotion. A soothing sound bath by candlelight. Allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other instruments, while you are held in a safe healing space. Followed by tea and cake to ground.Bring a mat, blankets, pillows - whatever makes you comfy! Please arrive 10 mins before to be able to create your space.
