PWYSIG:  Cefnogir CULT Cymru gan Gronfa Ddysgu Undebau Cymru, Llywodraeth Cymru - felly mae ein gweithdai a digwyddiadau ar gyfer pobl sy'n byw yng Nghymru yn unig. IMPORTANT:  CULT Cymru is supported by the Welsh Government's Wales Union Learning Fund therefore our courses are only available to those living in Wales.** Bilingual - Scroll down for English**Iaith y cwrs - Saesneg/Language of course - English<h2>Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl</h2>Bydd un person mewn pedwar yn profi rhyw fath o anhwylder iechyd meddwl mewn blwyddyn.  Mae Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl (Cymru) yn gallu helpu gwella bywydau. <h3>5 awr hunangyfeiriedig – 6.5 awr gweminar</h3>Mae cwrs Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl Cymru yn dysgu oedolion sut i ddarparu Cymorth Cyntaf Iechyd Meddwl i 'gwsmeriaid', ffrindiau, teuluoedd a chyd-weithwyr a gellir ei gwblhau o gyfleustra eich cartref neu'ch swyddfa, heb fod angen teithio ac ar eich cyflymder eich hun drwy fodiwlau rhyngweithiol a gweminarau ar-lein.<h3>Dyddiadau ac amseroedd</h3>S﻿eswin Cyflwyno - Dydd Iau 16eg o Chwefror @ 14:00 - 15:00Hynan Gyfeiriedig - Cyflawni modiwl 1-3 ar lein erbyn 1af o fis MawrthGweminar 1 - (Adolygu modiwl 1-3) - Dydd Mercher 1af o fis Mawrth @09:15 - 12:45 Hunan Gyfeiriedig - Cyflawni modiwl 4-5 ar lein erbyn 8fed o Mawrth Gweminar 2 - (Adolygu modiwl 4-5) Dydd Mercher 8fed o fis Mawrth @09:15 - 12:45Bydd y cwrs yn cael ei cynnal dros un cyflwyniad a dau weminar gyda gwaith i wneud yn annibynnol rhwng y ddau sesiwn.Nod: Nod y cwrs dau ddiwrnod yma yw i wella dealltwriaeth iechyd meddwl ac i helpu unigolion o fewn y diwydiannau creadigol i adnabod arwyddion a symptomau rhywun gyda anhwylderau iechyd meddwl.  Byddwn yn darparu deunydd ymarferol.  Noder nid yw cynnwys y cwrs wedi ei deilwra ar gyfer y diwydiant.Amcanion: Nid yw'r cwrs yma yn eich hyfforddi i fod yn therapydd, cwnselydd neu berson proffesiynol iechyd meddwl ond bydd yn cynyddu eich hyder wrth weithio gydag oedolion sy'n agored i niwed.Bydd yn eich dysgu sut i:<ul><li>roi cymorth cychwynnol i rywun sy’n wynebu problemau iechyd meddwl</li><li>ymdrin â sefyllfa o argyfwng neu’r arwyddion cyntaf bod rhywun yn datblygu salwch meddwl</li><li>gyfeirio pobl at gymorth priodol.</li></ul>Tystysgrif:Bydd mynychwyr sy'n cwblhau'r ddau ddiwrnod llawn yn derbyn tystysgrif presenoldeb gan Training in Mind Cymru.    <h2>Mental Health First Aid </h2>One person in four will experience some form of mental health condition in the course of a year.   Mental Health First Aid (Wales) training can help improve lives. <h3>5 hours self-directed – 6.5 hours webinar</h3>The eAMHFA Wales course teaches adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to ‘customers’, friends, families and co-workers and can be completed from the convenience of your home or office, without the need to travel and at your own pace through interactive modules and webinars online.<h3>Dates and times </h3>Introduction - Thursday 16th of February @14:00 - 15:00Independent work - complete module 1-3 online before Wednesday 1st March Webinar 1 - (Revision module 1-3) Wednesday 1st of March @09:15 - 12:45Independent work - complete module 4-5 online before 8th of March Webinar 2 - (Revision module 4-5) Wednesday 8th of March @09:15 - 12:45The course will take place over an introduction and two webinars with work to completed independently between the two sessions.Aims:This course aims to improve mental health awareness and help people in the creative sectors to recognise the signs and symptoms of someone with mental health conditions.  Practical information will be provided to support participants.  Please note the course content has not been tailored to the creative sector.Objectives: The course does not train you to be a therapist, counsellor or mental health professional, but it will increase your confidence in working with vulnerable adults. It will teach you to:  <ul><li>give initial help to someone experiencing a mental health problem</li><li>deal with a crisis situation or the first signs of someone developing mental ill health</li><li>guide people towards appropriate support </li></ul>Certificate:Participants who complete the full two days will receive a certificate of attendance from Training in Mind Wales. <h3></h3><h3>Hyfforddwraig/Trainer - Bethan Roberts </h3>Mae Bethan wedi bod yn hyfforddwr cymorth cyntaf iechyd meddwl ers 2008, ac mae hi 'n darparu cyrsiau i amrywiaeth o sefydliadau yn rheolaidd ar draws y sector cyhoeddus, preifat a thrydydd. Mae'n diwtor ar iechyd meddwl ym Mhrifysgol Caerdydd ac mae wedi darparu hyfforddiant ar iechyd meddwl ar draws gwahanol adrannau'r gwasanaeth sifil ym Mhrydain. Mae Bethan hefyd yn dysgu ymwybyddiaeth ofalgar ac yn hyfforddwr ac athro ar gyfer canolfan ymchwil ac ymarfer ymwybyddiaeth ofalgar Prifysgol BangorBethan has been a mental health first aid trainer since 2008, and she regularly provides courses to a range of organisations across the public, private and third sectors. She is a tutor on mental health at Cardiff University and has provided training on mental health across the different departments of the civil service in Britain.
