5 Week Calm & Restore Programme
Join us in person or online for our 5 week supportive programme for anxiety, work or life stress & overwhelm.
A gentle, supportive five week programme designed to help you understand your nervous system, ease anxiety, and feel more grounded and resourced through the pressures of everyday life- whether they come from work, home, caregiving, change or simply carrying too much for too long.
This programme is for you if you’re:
- Feeling anxious, overwhelmed or emotionally depleted
- Carrying stress from work, home or life transitions
- Feeling constantly “on”, alert or responsible for others
- Struggling to switch off, rest or feel truly settled
Across the 5 weeks, we’ll explore anti-anxiety and de-stress techniques, drawing from my wider work, including:
- Breathwork for nervous-system regulation
- Mindfulness and awareness practices
- Hypnosis & RTT-informed techniques
- Practical tools to support calm, balance and resilience in daily life
The focus is learning, awareness and integration — understanding how stress and anxiety show up in your body and how to gently support yourself through everyday life.
In the final week, we’ll bring everything together in a deeply grounding integration session, allowing the work to truly land.
