Whether you’re stepping into leadership for the first time or want to refresh your approach, this practical and engaging programme will help you lead with more confidence, clarity, and intention.

You’ll explore key leadership capabilities, including trust-building, delegation, resilience, goal setting, feedback, emotional intelligence, and how to lead with purpose. You’ll leave with greater confidence, a stronger leadership identity, and tools you can apply immediately.

Sessions will not be recorded, so attendance is important. We understand that unexpected situations can arise - please let us know in advance if you’re unable to attend a session.

Is the price inclusive of all materials?

Yes. Your programme fee includes all five sessions, a participant toolkit with practical templates, and your completion certificate.

What’s the refund policy?

Cancellations made within 14 days of booking will receive a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available, but places can be transferred to another participant from the same organisation if required.

How will I access the online sessions?

Online sessions will be hosted via Zoom. You’ll receive calendar invites and joining links after registering.
