Jo will show you how to locate and correctly apply acupressure to three acupuncture points that work wonderfully combined with the three menopoised aromatherapy blends - embrace cool, find calm and be collected.R﻿uth Summers, Daoist sound therapist amongst many other things will play bathe us in 20 minutes of gong sound. This incredible therapy can be both gentle and nurturing as well as powerful and physical.
