<h1>T﻿he January Challenge is 31 days of quick, free and accessible creative challenges - one for each day of January.</h1><h1></h1><p>I﻿t is free to sign up and you can take part in the challenges however you would like to. All of the challenges are designed by different people across the UK, and it is hosted by 64 Million Artists. His challenge (without giving too much away....) is inspired by stories and family. </p><p>Join Lemn and 64 Million Artists on zoom on 16th January, from 1-2pm to try the challenge together. </p><p>W﻿e will send you more details, and the zoom link before the session.  </p><p><strong></strong></p><h2>Why we run The January Challenge:</h2><p>64 Million Artists believe that everybody is creative and that when we are creative, we can make positive changes in our lives and the world around us. </p><p>The January Challenge is an annual, nationwide campaign that invites all 64 Million people across the UK to get a little bit creative every day in January. There are 31 daily 'Creative Challenges', all of which have been co-designed with individuals and community groups. There is a varied mix of challenges. They could get you writing, doodling, chatting, moving or making - and all of them will invite you to 'do, think and share.' They are low-cost, accessible, quick activities requiring minimal equipment and resources.</p><p><strong>In 2022, 85% of participants said that The January Challenge positively impacted their wellbeing, reporting that the challenges were valuable tools for emotional regulation, intellectual stimulation, community, and connection.</strong></p><p>You can read more about <a href="https://sway.office.com/pkE1gYKMXpW3ITB4?ref=Link&amp;loc=play" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">the impact of The January Challenge here</a>. </p><p></p><h2>Accessibility Considerations:</h2><p>This session will take place on Zoom. Please indicate if you require a BSL interpreter, or a live captioner to be present when purchasing your ticket. </p><p>You are free to step away from the activity if you need to or switch your camera off at any point, and there will be a comfort break halfway through the session. </p><p>There may be further accessibility considerations we have not included.
