a quick 30 ish minutes yoga blast with the tri or trying athlete in mind. Suitable for all regardless of yoga experience.

F﻿AQQ - Do I need to be a triathlete to take part?A﻿ - NO! The class is open to all but with an eye to the specific needs of athletes. There will be lots of modifications on offer and any move that doesn't work for you can be modified or you can do your own thing. T﻿his session will focus on strengthening and releasing tension in the body. Q﻿ - What if I can't do a pose?A﻿ - That's fine! Yoga is for everyone and there are no "better" poses. I am there to guide you through a practice, if something doesn't feel right you can leave it out or take a modification. It's important to listen to your body and energy levels during the practice Q - Do I need a Yoga mat? Any other equipment?A - A Yoga mat is useful but you can do the class on carpet. You don't need any other equipment but you may want to have 2 Yoga blocks / books / cushion (anything that is stable with a bit of height) to help and a strap/ belt / scarf / tie. You can take a blanket too for the last part.Q - How much space do I need? A﻿ - Enough to lie down on the floor and stretch your arms overhead and ideally arms to the side too. Don't worry if your space is smaller, just make sure it's safe from you hitting things or knocking things over. Q﻿ - What do I need to wear?A﻿ - Whatever you feel comfortable with as long as you can move freely. I do my morning practice in my PJs.Q﻿ - Do I need to have my camera on?A﻿ - It's totally up to you, whatever you feel comfortable with. Q﻿ - What software do I need to take part?A﻿ - The event is on Google meet so you don't need to install any other software or have a gmail account.
