Have you ever wondered why there are particular patterns of behaviours which no matter how hard you try you are able to make a change too? Or why do the same cycles or similar seem to follow your family line? Have you ever questioned yourself on what this means to you, and are now wanting to look towards making changes that will impact the generations that follow you in a more positive manner? Then look no further. This is the workshop that you have been waiting for. This workshop will help to question and challenge every belief that you have had up until now, with the possibility of wanting to change some of these beliefs if they no longer suit the type of life that you are trying to create for yourself, and with the intention of leaving this as part of your legacy for generations to follow whether this be in your family or collectively. We very often repeat cycles without realising where this cycle has originated from, while we may look at the history of our ancestors, we may not always look closely enough at how this cycle has been in our DNA for hundreds of years, and therefore without this knowledge we have continued to act in a particular manner with an acceptance of this is “just the way life is” but what if it could be different? What if we were the person in our generational line of challenging cycles that were the one who were designed to make a difference to our families and also those we come across within the collective. Change of any type starts with us, we are the ones that should notice our patterns and cycles and how these may be challenging to not only ourselves, but those we come into contact with from home to work and in general day to day contact with others. T﻿here is no quick solution to change it is something that we as individuals make a commitment to work towards, this commitment comes with challenges, and many of the time questions that we are searching for answers within.NSJ Soul workshops are a safe space in which we can share our stories, it is by understanding ourselves and one another that integrating our stories and healing the narrative can begin. The first session covers identifying our cycles and what this means to our overall well-being. N.B - These workshops will be delivered as a series of 45 mins per session.
