<p>Much of the thinking and literature on leading change depicts the process as clean, ordered and sequential, in which we are in full and complete control. Yet change is inherently messy, as even the Ancient Greeks understood. Since this time we’ve assigned ourselves special powers, to find they only apply to an imaginary reality.</p><p>In a fast-paced talk that draws on a unique combination of several decades of leading practical and complex change programmes in multiple sectors and regions, philosophy and popular culture, Neil outlines his tried and tested ‘elemental’ methodology that plays to the fundamental nature of change – as it is, rather than as we imagine it should be. </p>
