Teena Lyle is the founder of the Aurora Sound Therapy and Reiki Centre. When she is not touring as a musician, she focusses her time on holding sound baths and reiki sessions with large groups and one-to-one client. As a Cancer Survivor Teena often likes to help other people going through Cancer treatment or who have been through it to maintain good health and well-being by facilitating relax and inner peace through Sound Therapy and Reiki.

come and lie down and relax in the heated hall, beautifully lit in the colours of the Aurora Borealis Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and maybe a hot water bottle for extra warmth .For the first 5-10 minutes, I will move through each participant and infuse you and your space with Reiki Healing. enjoy your relaxing sound bath with the free Reiki infused Crystal I will offer you.Namaste
