The Elections Act is changing who can vote and how. This event will enable the Polish community to learn and stay involved in democracy.

[﻿English]The Greater London Authority (GLA) and Shout Out UK (SOUK) have launched a public awareness campaign on the changes to voting rights brought by the Elections Act - including the need to have photo ID to vote and changes to EU citizens’ voting rights.EU citizens will be affected by the Act both on WHO can vote and HOW. That's why the3million is helping reach out to EU citizens in London.the3million and Shout Out UK are hosting a series of events so EU Londoners can find out about how the changes brought by the Elections Act 2022 will affect them and how they can continue making their voices heard through the democratic process in their home - London.This event will be for Polish Londoners, but also a multilingual event in both English and Polish. As this is a safe space, your RSVP is important, as applications will be reviewed and further event details sent in good time.The event will be on the 18th of March at 6:30pm. Entry is free. The location of the event will be confirmed once registration is completed.Register to join.
